Since this is the only post that I didn't get a comment, I shall comment myself here. Frankly, I don't know what's the lyric means....but i love the singer voice who are a band called " Charge & Aska". Meanwhile, the MV was actually made by Studio Ghibi and directed by Miyazaki Hayao. It's a story about 2 young police man save a little angle from the city that highly polluted by radioactive toxic. There's a rumour saying that the idea of the MV is from the Chernobyl disaster.
I felt touch at the very first time i look at it...it's really touch.
